Wedding/Receptions Fees for Members, Adherents, and Their Households

The following is a general guideline for you to follow in planning your wedding here at May Valley. Please read through and check the needs for your wedding. All fees are payable in advance through the church office prior to use. The Governing Board of Elders requires that the wedding hostess and security man oversee any and all weddings and use of the building facilities during the wedding and/or reception. The security man should not be a member or a relative of the bridal party.

As a member of the body of May Valley Alliance Church, the building is available for your wedding at no charge.

Other Suggested Gratuities
	Pianist/Organist		$40
	Soloist				$30
	(Note: If they are part of the wedding party, then a gift is
	a proper "thank you.")

*The reception service includes set up, assistance in serving at the reception, and clean up by May Valley Deaconesses. This also includes use of our supplies (silver, dishes, etc.). No food is provided.

**If you have your own reception crew, $35 will be charged for the Kitchen Overseer to be present in the kitchen.

Specific responsibilities will be detailed to you by the Wedding Hostess, Shauna. The building and equipment must be left in a clean and orderly manner. Smoking and alcoholic beverages are prohibited in our buildings.
